The Chamber of Deputies of Chile approved with 47 votes draft resolution No. 120 , requesting President Michelle Bachelet to send into Congress a Law for the Promotion of Renewable Energy Production.

Local Chilean news report that The Chamber of Deputies of Chile approved with 47 votes draft resolution No. 120 , requesting President Michelle Bachelet to send into Congress a Law for the Promotion of Renewable Energy Production., in order to generate better conditions for major players to enter the energy market, thereby achieving a reduction in the tariffs paid by consumers.

The text assesses the creation of an energy agenda that has been welcomed by all sectors, and now wants to extend these efforts for the general population, companies and organizations in general.
