Don't miss the deadline this Friday, May 27, 2022 for nominations for the Geothermal Rising Conference Honors and Awards.

Nominations for the 2022 Geothermal Rising Conference (GRC) Honors and Awards will close this Friday, May 27th. Don’t miss the chance to nominate your colleagues and peers!

The GRC Awards recognize distinguished colleagues in the geothermal community from around the world and have been a highlight of the geothermal calendar since the late 1970s. The recipients of these awards have significant achievements in the geothermal academic, scientific, and commercial communities. The award winners will be recognized during the 2022 Geothermal Rising Conference (GRC) on August 28-31, 2022.. All nomination forms and supporting documents must be submitted no later than May 27, 2022, in order for your nominee to be considered.

This year Geothermal Rising is introducing a few new awards.

First, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Champion Award has been added to acknowledge individuals whose exemplary efforts are helping make the geothermal community a more inclusive space.

The Young Professional Award was split into two separate awards in order to recognize different fields of influence — one focused on leadership and one on technical contributions.

A link to the nomination form is below this message. Descriptions of the awards and other information about the process can be found on the Geothermal Rising website.
