PNOC Renewables Corporation is inviting to an Investor Forum for Potential Joint Venture Power Projects

PNOC Renewables Corporation (PNOC RC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), is the government’s corporate vehicle in the promotion and development of new and renewable energy sources in the Philippines. The company had been involved in rural solar electrification projects mostly in Mindanao, and presently, it holds geothermal and hydropower service contracts in Luzon and Visayas. PNOC RC plans to partner with the private sector in order to realize these projects.

PNOC RC shall engage investors from the private sector in the exploration and/or development stage of these renewable energy service contracts. This Investor Forum shall serve as a venue for the orientation and discussion of plans between PNOC RC and potential investors/partners. Information gathered during this forum shall allow PNOC RC to make informed and appropriate decisions regarding the implementation of the projects.

Local and foreign energy developers may participate in the Investor Forum, free of charge. Pre-registration is required. Walk-in parties will not be entertained.
