An Australian recruitment agency is seeking to fill a board position on the board of a geothermal business joint venture in the Philippines.

An Australian recruitment agency is seeking to fill a Board Position for a geothermal company for someone with geothermal energy construction experience.

The client is the junior partner of a JV which is constructing a Geothermal Energy facility in the Philippines.

The role is essentially representing the interests of the minority shareholder. It is envisaged that in addition to formal board meetings there could be up to one weeks work per month plus an initial familiarisation period.

Your have a geothermal energy construction background and can be available for the times indicated. It may suit a one man consulting business or someone semi retired. If you don’t live in the Philippines then you would need to make yourself available at the appropriate times.
