Students of the United Nations University Geothermal Training Program will be presenting their research projects at a presentation at Orkugardur in Reykjavik/ Iceland on October 4 2011.

Announced this morning, students of the United Nations University Geothermal Training Program hosted in Reykjavik, Iceland will present their projects Tuesday, October 4, 2011.

The presentations will be held at Grensásvegur 9 (Orkugarður) in Reykjavik, Iceland, starting at 9am.

Students are representing projects from El Salvador, Iran, Kenya, Iceland, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Tanzania, Costa Rica, Honduras, Mongolia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, China, and Sri Lanka.

While mostly rather technical, the presentation should be a very interesting look into the geothermal ambitions of the nations these students represent.
