The two binary plants will be located in Aydin and Kemaliye, Turkey and the contracts were signed with Greeneco and Enerjeo respectively.

In a recent press release, EXERGY has stated consolidated its position as one of the world leaders in geothermal power generation with the signing of 2 contracts of 24 MW each. The first contract with the Greeneco part of Saray Holding will be built in Aydin, with the second for Enerjeo, part of the Energy Holding in Kemaliye.

These state of the art binary power plants will make use of 2 pressure level cycles using EXERGY’s innovative Radial Outflow Turbine technology, and economically utilize the geothermal resources available. Start-up of these new plants is planned for October 2015, and reflects the incredible strength and growth of the geothermal market in Turkey.
