U.S. Department of Energy’s Geothermal Technologies Office (GTO) has scheduled a webinar to provide a quarterly update on its geothermal activities for January 11, 2018.

U.S. Department of Energy’s Geothermal Technologies Office (GTO), has announced the first of a series of quarterly updates presented by GTO Director Dr. Susan Hamm. The goal of the quarterly updates is to keep the geothermal community – including industry, academia, national labs, and other stakeholders – fully updated on the progress of its activities.

The first update in the new year is to be held Thursday, January 11, 2018  at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) and will last for 45 minutes.

Dr. Hamm will update attendees on a range of topics, including:

  • Project updates
  • Drilling RFI information
  • GeoVision progress
  • Collaboration and outreach

The presentation will close with an open Q&A session. These quarterly updates will help GTO stay connected with the community and its concerns.
