The 1st Philippine Geothermal Conference has released its complete lineup of technical presentations featuring experts from the Philippines, New Zealand, and Indonesia, among others. Registration to the 1st PGC is now open.

The National Geothermal Association of the Philippines (NGAP) has just released the full programme for the 1st Philippine Geothermal Conference (PGC) which will take place on October 2 to 3, 2019 in the Marquis Building, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

With the theme “Beyond Conventional: Tapping New Geothermal Frontiers”, the technical presentations will seem to focus on novel technologies such as utilization of acidic wells, exploitation of low to medium enthalpy resources, and advanced exploration and reservoir modeling techniques.

Participants in the 1st PGC include not just members from the local geothermal and energy industry, but also experts from Indonesia, Taiwan, New Zealand, US, China, and Australia.
