Arrow Resources Development announces it has selected a site for its first 25-50 MW geothermal power plant project in Indonesia, at Lampung.

Reported last week, “Arrow Resources Development, Inc. and its joint venture partners have selected the site for their first geothermal power plant in Indonesia.
The plant is to be located in Lampung, Indonesia and is expected to generate between 25 and 50 megawatts of electricity once fully operational.

The project has already obtained contracts for Perusahaan Listrik Negara, the government-owned power distribution company, to purchase the power generated from the site.

The project will be partially funded by a $1,400,000 grant from the Asian Development Bank announced last May. The grant was for the design planning for two geothermal power plants that the company plans for Indonesia and the Philippines. The site for the Philippine project has yet to be revealed.”
