The partnership contains three major areas of cooperation:

  • Joint global knowledge sharing and networking activities will be held by all parties, leveraging Baseload’s global platform and experiences as well as academia’s local networks.
  • Thirdly, all parties will promote the children’s book – Our Hidden Powers together to raise awareness of geothermal energy toward the public.

Mr. Wen-Shan, Chen, Chairman of the Geological Society located in Taipei, stated that Taiwan has many outstanding experts and talents in the fields of geology and geoscience in Taiwan. As geothermal industry has been emerging in Taiwan, the country needs more local talents and research to participate in the field and connect their expertise to practice.

He added that it would be an honor to empower professionals, foster academia network, and connect global platform to local market with the joint efforts from leading NGOs and universities.

Baseload Power Taiwan is also pleased to share the children’s book – Our Hidden Powers to all parties, expecting to raise more awareness of geothermal energy in a fun and engaging way.
