The Indonesian government announces plans for a tender for nine geothermal sites in North Sumatra, West Java, Lampung, and East Java.

Reported by Kontan Investor Daily, the government of Indonesia has announced plans to open a tender for for nine geothermal mine sites.

The sites are located in North Sumatra, Kamojang, Derajat, Poyong Hindu and Lendong in West Java, Hulu Bulu in Lampung and Gunung Lawu in East Java, said Trisnaldi, director of geothermal energy in the energy and mineral resource ministry.
