Indonesian energy company PT Supreme Energy is seeking to fill a position of Production Supervisor for its steamfield and plant operation of its Muara Laboh geothermal plant in West Sumatera, Indonesia.
PT Supreme Energy, a growing Multinational Energy group of Companies with its core business on renewable energy is inviting candidates to fulfil the job vacancy within Power Plant Operation & Maintenance organization for the position of PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.
This position responsible for the execution and supervision of the safe and efficient of the overall Steam Field & Power Plant Operation, Scheduling dispatch and comply with PPA requirement. This position reports to Production Superintendent.
The ideal candidates shall have a minimum 7 years of experience in power or large scale industry of which 3 years as supervisor in production. The candidate shall have experiences and familiar with power plant operation.
This position will be stationed in Muara Laboh, Solok Selatan, West Sumatera, to work under regular working days.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Eelctrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background and experiences is preferred
- Has proven experience in similar industry
- Solid experiences in leading and managing team
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- High level of competence in the relevant technology
- Creative thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for growth and strive for excellence, both individually or within the team
