We are looking ASAP for a Technical Training Manager for a Geothermal plant operations and maintenance team for a large power provider in the Philippines.
The Technical Training Manager should an engineering degree and some background experience in geothermal power plant operations.
As you will be training people of all skills and experience including senior members with vast experience, a level of leader ship and management skills will be needed.
An experienced geothermal operations and maintenance supervisor would be ideal for this role.
Excellent communication and team working skills be a recipe for success in this position!
