Registration is open for the 2026 Geothermal Rising Conference, the flagship annual geothermal conference, taking place in Houston, TX on 20-23 September 2026.
Registration is now open for the 2026 Geothermal Rising Conference, taking place on 20-23 September 2026 in Houston, Texas.
Organized by Geothermal Rising, the Geothermal Rising Conference (GRC) is the geothermal industry’s flagship annual conference, covering the breadth of the global geothermal community across science, engineering, social-economics, and governments. The conference offers technical, policy, and market sessions, educational seminars, tours of geothermal and renewable energy projects, and numerous networking opportunities. Part of this year’s program is the Geothermal Discovery Day, an event for children and families to explore the science behind geothermal energy through interactive exhibits, engaging activities, unforgettable learning experiences. Admission to this side event is free and open to the public. The Geothermal Discovery Day will take place on 20 September 2026 at the Children’s Museum Houston.
As with tradition, the winners of the annual Women in Geothermal (WING) Core Value Awards will also be announced at the GRC.
The GRC will also feature an Expo where exhibitors can get opportunities to engage with potential partners and clients. It features a unique opportunity for leaders in the geothermal energy sector to showcase their projects, services and state-of-the-art technology and equipment to the geothermal community.
