A tender has been launched for the supply of a 3.15 MW net power geothermal power plant for the United Downs Deep Geothermal Power project in Cornwall, UK.
UK-based Geothermal Engineering Ltd (GEL) has launched a Tender for the provision of a geothermal electricity generating plant capable of producing up to 3.15 MW of net power at the United Downs Deep Geothermal Power project located near Redruth in Cornwall.
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and will be the first geothermal power project in the UK. The site is located at the United Downs Industrial estate, near Redruth in Cornwall. The closing date for the Tender is the 6th of April 2018.
