Join this webinar with Patrick Hanson, Director of JRG Energy, for an exciting presentation on desalination using geothermal energy.

As part of the regular IGC Webinar series – a partnership of Enerchange and ThinkGeoEnergy – we are proud to host this week’s presenter Patrick Hanson, Director of JRG Energy, who will provide insights on ways to implement geothermal desalination units in areas affected by water scarcity.

After the presentation you will have the opportunity to discuss and ask further questions.

From 2018 to present, Patrick Hanson has worked as the director of JRG Energy, a geothermal energy services company. Thereby, he holds a track record of 15 years with propelling marketing strategies and driving sales growth in the renewable sector and 13 years particularly within the geothermal industry.

Considering the ongoing climate change, increasing water stress and food shortages, JRG has developed a clean-technology start-up focused on a modular desalination plant using low geothermal resources and waste heat in order to generate renewable energy and clean water. The company’s goal is to provide access to water and energy to underserved communities or to generate water and electricity on-site to offset commercial operations and reduce emissions.
