Join this webinar with Daniel Mölk from Eavor Technologies and receive an update on the development potential of closed-loop geothermal systems.

As part of the regular IGC Webinar series – a partnership of Enerchange and ThinkGeoEnergy – we are proud to host this week’s presenter Daniel Mölk from Eavor Technologies, who will provide insights on the “Development Potential of Closed-Loop Geothermal Systems.”

After the presentation you will have the opportunity to discuss and ask further questions.

Due to his management positions for geothermal drilling companies in multiple countries, Daniel Mölk has international experience with the management of large-scale geothermal developments, human resource development and corporate management for 15 years.

Until today, conventional geothermal projects provide limited contribution to the energy mix worldwide due to the limitation of hydrothermal aquifers and the associated exploration risk. However, the newest generation of closed-loop geothermal systems enable geothermal developments without the need of a hydrothermal aquifer, while predicting the energy output prior to the well constructions. Consequently, the potential areas for geothermal development may be multiplied, allowing a scalability of geothermal energy. Using the Eavor-Loop technology as an example, Daniel Mölk will present the increase of the potential of the geothermal industry with closed-loop systems in a predictable and cost competitive way.
