The IGA Fellowship Grant Programme will provide financial support to presenters at the event from selected countries. The application period is about to start with a deadline of December 8, 2019.

The World Geothermal Congress 2020 will be taking place in Reykjavik/ Iceland – April 27 to May 1, 2020.

An event by the International Geothermal Association (IGA), there is a Fellowship Grant Programme, that will provide financial support for those who will be presenting at WGC 2020 but have limited financial means.

Applicants are kindly informed that grants awarded are only a contribution towards their expenses and not a full reimbursement.

IGA provides fellowship grants to applicants from the countries listed hereWhen assessing applications and awarding the grants, IGA will consider factors such as gender, geographical and discipline distribution.

Fellowship grants will only be awarded to authors of papers that have been submitted and accepted. Only one Fellowship may be awarded per paper, so co-authors are not eligible.

Detailed application forms are to be available soon with applications possible until 8 December 2019.
